We so enjoyed our stay at Home Cottage! It was so clean and cosy with lots of lovely touches such as toys, welcome treats and lots of tips. We enjoyed a meal at the Oakhill Inn as recommended by Nick. And we loved the wood burner. Thanks so much Nick, we hope to return!

Great place - warm, clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Even tea bags and fresh milk! Great comms from Nick and nothing was a problem. Great walks and plenty of local information and suggestions for days out (Wells was lovely and we wouldn’t have known to visit otherwise). Hope to be back there soon.

We enjoyed our quiet, secluded stay at Nick's cottage. We were hoping for a comfortable cottage where we could enjoy local walks and that's exactly what we found. Cosying up by the woodburner in the evening was a joy! We loved doing the walk from the doorstep - thank you for the walks guidebook! We'd also recommend Mells river walk. We stayed in the cottage for 14 nights and had a lovely time. It is just as pretty as the photos. The rose Bush was in glorious bloom and was a real treat. The property was clean throughout and well equipped with everything we needed. The shop in the village has pretty much everything you need and the Tesco superstore in Shepton Mallet is only 10 mins away. Nick was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

We booked this as a short getaway with our 9 month old baby and dog. We absolutely loved it, the location is really private and the cottage had everything we needed. Lots of local dog walks and places to explore; Mells, Wells and Frome. We all loved our little get-a-way and will definitely be looking to visit again! Thank you!

I don't even know where to start. This has been a wonderful holiday. Nicholas greeted us along the lane towards the property and was very helpful. He gave us some great tips for things to do. The property itself was just beautiful, small and cosy. But clean and modern inside. Waking up to the sun rise each morning over the fields was just amazing. As for things to do, the list is endless. We visited pretty much everywhere but of course the main places were top of the agenda, these included Wells, Warminster and Salisbury. Just book this cottage and have a wonderful relaxed holiday.
